二胡产生噪音就是指声音在就是共振,共鸣过程中不和谐的物理现象现将二胡噪音产生的常见原因分析如下:

1,设计布局上的因素:

①有的琴在琴筒内形不成共振共鸣焦点区域,音散而无神,低音薄,高音虚,易出噪音。

②有的琴焦点区偏后,易高音虚,产生噪音。

③有的琴有效弦长偏短,琴弦振动音域窄,频率高,易发噪音。

2,制作工艺上的因素:

①有的琴制作结构不严密,对木料的缺陷如裂缝等未处理好,产生“破竹篙”效应的噪音。

②有的琴琴皮偏紧,琴皮厚薄不匀,蒙皮四周拉力不匀,内应力未消除,琴皮共振效果差,在高音和某些音上出噪音。

③有的琴结构上垂直度,同心度不规范,共振不协调,易出噪音。

3,制琴材料上的因素:

①有的琴存在无法修复,弥补的缺陷,如节,裂,朽等,影响共振,出噪音。

②有的琴琴皮质量差,如张力,弹力不够,易出噪音。常见薄皮琴最易出噪音。

4,相关部位上的因素:

①有的琴固定千斤螺丝松动,金属直接与琴弦接触等,绑扎式千斤部位的高低和与琴杆间距的大小有时也是产生杂音的原因。

②涡杆式琴轸,琴轸的金属构件间隙有时也是产生噪音的原因(曾见过一把琴,琴轸金属滑轮振动,产生较强的金属噪音)。

5,二胡配件上的因素:
